Case Manager – Encompass Health – Altoona, PA

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for our Altoona, PA location. The ideal candidate should hold an active license if licensure is required for their discipline within their state. We prefer individuals with a current CCM® or ACM certification.
