Hollidaysburg Borough Council to Review 2035 Comprehensive Plan
Hey there, fellow Hollidaysburg residents! The next Borough Council meeting is scheduled for next Thursday at 7pm at the Borough building located at 401 Blair Street. The key item on the agenda? The Council will be reviewing and seeking public opinion on the drafted version of Hollidaysburg’s 2035 Comprehensive Plan. This crucial document is intended to outline and steer our community’s goals and strategies for a prosperous future.
The Public Review Period
The Public Review period for this plan has been open since November, but it’s drawing to a close. It will officially end this coming Thursday at the Council meeting. The Department of Planning, Zoning, and Code Enforcement is encouraging all residents to take a look at the draft of this plan and to voice their opinions. You have two options to do this:
- In person: Attend the meeting on Thursday and share your thoughts.
- In writing: Pen down your opinions and either drop them off or mail them to the Borough’s Department of Planning, Zoning, and Code Enforcement. However, remember that all written opinions must be received by Thursday, February 8th at 4pm.
If you have any questions, the Department’s Director, Andrew Holodnik, is available to help. You can reach him at 814-695-3880.
