It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of the passing of Betty M Garland, a cherished member of the Franklin County community. Born in 1947, Betty lived a fulfilling life before her departure in 2023.
Betty’s legacy is carried on by her loving son, Timothy Garland, a resident of Mercersburg, PA. She was also a proud grandmother to three grandchildren – Brandalyn Leab from Martinsburg, WV; Clayton Leab from Hollidaysburg, PA; and Dalton Leab.
