Update: WinterFest Parade Route Change!
Hey folks! We’ve got some quick but important news about the upcoming WinterFest parade. The parade route has been altered, so we want to make sure you’re all in the loop to ensure you don’t miss a second of the fun.
The New Route
The parade will kick off as usual at the Junior High, then make its way up Union Street towards the Courthouse. However, here’s where the change comes in. Once the parade reaches the Courthouse, it will make a right turn onto Allegheny Street. It will then continue on Allegheny Street until it reaches the Diamond.
Now, instead of carrying on straight down Allegheny Street like we’re all used to, the parade will take an exciting new turn. It will make a right at CopyRite onto North Montgomery Street. From there, the parade will proceed straight on North Montgomery, back down the hill, and finally disband in the area of St. John’s Church parking lot.
What’s Not Changing
Despite this little change in the route, the spirit of the WinterFest parade remains the same. We’re still committed to bringing you a parade filled with joy, laughter, and community spirit. So, don’t let this small change deter you from joining us in the celebration!
